Happy Homings in November 2018
The end of the year is always tough for us in rescue, adoptions slow down to a complete halt and sadly intakes double, if not triple. At this point in the year we are lucky if we get any adoptions at all but we are proud to announce that November resulted in FIVE of our awesome misunderstood furkids joining their forever families. We are so grateful to these FIVE AWESOME FAMILIES for giving these boys and girls a second chance at a forever home!
Our handsome Tucker was the first lucky furkid to leave the building for November! Tucker has landed his bum in a fantastic home where he has 2 human kids to keep him company and a very cute puppy called Sky who keeps him very busy during the day. Thank you Pieter and Lanie for giving handsome Tucker a forever home where can can be part of your big happy family!
We could not be happier for our Brock! He is such an amazing dog who sadly got dumped at the SPCA by the family who originally adopted him from us. Thankfully we were able to get him back to Dogtown and after waiting a few months, he found his new, forever family!
He now lives on a massive property all the way in Alberton with an awesome sister called Layla. Hope you enjoy this forever home Brock!
Well well well… can you guys believe what you are seeing?? That’s right…. LADY HAS BEEN ADOPTED! She has been waiting and waiting and waiting and then one day, just like that, her forever family walked in the door and the rest is history!
She now has a beautiful little spaniel sister called Pippie and 2 moms who simply adore her!
Have a happy life beautiful Lady, we will miss you!
Our sweet little pooplet Eva has been adopted by a wonderful family! It didnt take long for her to be snapped up She now lives on a huuuuuge property with her new sister. She is going to puppy school and even met some horses the other day.
Enjoy your new home baby girl, hope you visit us from time to time so we can see you grow up
Beautiful little Storm managed to find herself a forever family all the way in PE! They took one look at her online profile and her cheeky smile and well the rest is history. We managed to get her a sponsored flight to PE and of course, one of our caregivers travelled with her to help her settle in that side and to introduce her to her new BFF … the resident cat Storm has already made friends with the local furikids and goes for a group social walk every Sunday! Enjoy your new life beautiful little Storm!
