Newbies at Dogtown – July 2018
Meet the new kids on the block. These beautiful souls all become part of the Dogtown family this month. They are all looking for sponsors who can help us cover the cost of their sterilization, vaccinations, check ups and deworming before they can be placed up for adoption If you would like to sponsor any of these beautiful furkids – please contact email@example.com or click here to see all the different ways you can help us to get them settled in http://barkingmad.co.za/donate-to-dogtown/
Who remember’s Bonnie? Well she was adopted from Dogtown when she was just a little baby a few years ago. Sadly her mom’s life changed dramatically and after very long consideration about what is best for Bonnie, it was decided that she needs to be returned to Dogtown so that we can find her a forever family who are in a position to take care of her. Bonnie has settled in quickly and she has already been buddied up with a handsome guy called Tucker here at Dogtown.
Meet sweet PJ. Her family had to also make the heartbreaking decision to surrender her to Dogtown for rehoming as they were struggling financially and could no longer give her the care she needed. It’s never easy for families to have to make these decisions but sadly it is a sign of the times. PJ is a very sweet and loving girl who will steal hearts wherever she goes.
Remember Sam and Benji? They were both adopted from Dogtown a few years ago. Sadly their mom had to move overseas and even though she really wanted to take them with her, she couldnt. These handsome boys are back at Dogtown looking for new families to love and care for them.
That’s right folks, the cuteness that is little SJ is at Dogtown waiting to be snatched up. Hard to believe that this girl was found as a stray and sadly her family could not be found. Sad news for her previous family but happy news for Dogtown because we get to spend some time with the cutest girl in the world while we look for a new home for her. Please remember to always have your furkids chipped just in case they do find a way to go walk-about.
Ah Sadie. This sweet girl has not had a easy road in her short life. She was also adopted from Dogtown a couple of months ago after her first family had a very traumatic experience and had to rehome all their dogs.
Sadly Sadie’s adoptive family had to return her Dogtown because she did not fit in and became too destructive when left alone. We will work on her destructive behaviour at Dogtown and then she will be placed up for adoption once again and hopefully the next time will be her forever, forever home
Meet JJ. This little pocket rocket was surrendered to Dogtown for rehoming because he kept escaping from his home. He was probably just lonely and wanted to go find friends to play with because he LOVES playing with other fukids here at Dogtown. He is ready to be adopted and would love a family who will have other dogs for him to play with during the day.
