Over the past few years, I’ve often heard the fur-girls complaining about how hard it is to find a fur-guy that’s good looking, well-mannered and intelligent. Personally, I think that they are hanging out with the wrong crowd and looking in the wrong places! If they were to just look my way, they would see that what they seeking was actually right under their wet noses all along!
The one girl that has noticed me however is my awesome caregiver. She thinks that I am the greatest thing under the sun, the bee’s knees, the best thing since sliced bread! I have no idea what she’s on about but I think it’s her way of saying that I’m her favourite in dog-code 😉 She’s always full of praises and often marvels at my ability of mastering the challenges she comes up with. In fact, every morning she arrives with a new brain toy in an attempt to outwit me. So far, she has not been even the least bit successful hehe!
When I’m not showing of my intellectual ability, I’m perfecting my killer abs by hiking up the mountain. Sometimes I’m alone up there but there are days when I’m joined by some of my fur-friends. Because I’m the kinda guy who doesn’t like having roommates, I enjoy our mountain play dates a lot! We can then all return to our own cribs although I do tend to make a slight detour to the Dogtown Spa. It is, after all, hard work scaling those mountains but so worth it because I get to enjoy the free massages that are provided. They also offer these awesome grooming treatments and to my caregiver’s delight, I sit really quietly when she’s trimming my nails. After my treatments, I like to just relax and take in the tranquillity of farm life.
It will certainly be hard to give up this luxurious life that I have become accustomed to but will gladly do so if it means moving into my forever home and having a family of my very own I’m off on another hike now but don’t worry, I’ll be right here waiting when you come to take me home!
