My foster mom, Shirley, has named me Moby, because I have an M on my forehead! I am six weeks old, female and I love to play! I have been dewormed, had my first set of injections and although my tail has been broken (I’m not sure if that happened in my mom’s tummy, or somewhere else), it is healthy and the vet says it can just be left alone. I do have a small umbilical hernia, but the vet said that she can fix that when I get spayed, and it should be free too!
I love to play with … well, anything! I have been having great fun playing with a 5 year old girl, chasing ribbons, playing with balls and stuffed mice is great fun! There is an older cat at my foster home, but she’s a bit grumpy and doesn’t like me very much. I would love to play with her too though!
I sleep with my foster mom every night, and I like to suckle on her clothes to relax and sleep. I can eat both wet and dry food, and all that I really need is a forever home with someone who can love me, play with me and feed me!
Moby was found hiding in the access panel to plumbing in a block of flats. After being fed by her foster mom for a few days, she was caught and brought home. Initially she was very scared of people, and hissed a lot, but she very quickly learnt to trust us and now you wouldn’t know that she had a rough start to her life. Moby lives in Durban.
