MEET BOKSIE — PROFESSIONAL SOCK THIEF & FULL-TIME CUDDLE BUG! Kameeldrift West, Gauteng/Harties Just look at this little face! Boksie is an adorable male Pekingese Jack Russell mix, approximately 3–5 years old, with a HUGE personality packed into one very cute little body. Boksie was found abandoned on a property in 2024 and quickly became part of the family. Since then, he’s perfected the art of being ridiculously lovable… and stealing socks! Luckily, he’s usually willing to negotiate their return in exchange for cuddles. He’s happy, energetic, affectionate and absolutely LOVES his people. Give him a ball to chase, a daily walk, a sunny garden and someone to adore, and Boxie will think he’s won the lottery. Sadly, his family circumstances have changed and they are moving into a small apartment where Boksie cannot join them. Saying goodbye is heartbreaking, so finding this special boy the RIGHT home means everything. BOKSIE’S DREAM HOME Boksie would absolutely thrive with a retired person or couple looking for a loyal little best friend and companion. He has a particular soft spot for older women and would love having his humans around to share his days with. Boksie needs to be the only pet in his new home. No cats please. Children 12+ only. A secure garden would make him very happy! Boksie is afraid of other dogs, and that fear can sometimes make him reactive. While he occasionally tolerates another small dog, he is much happier and more relaxed when he doesn’t have to share his home.
