About Goose

Goose is a gentle, quiet soul. She's cautious with new faces at first; give her time and space, and she'll reward you with trust and loads of affection. Once she's comfortable, she's a devoted, tender companion who just wants to be near you. She's curious and a bit of a daredevil, happiest scaling trees, walls, and cupboards, or losing herself in a game with a piece of string. Her favourite hobby is burrowing (into bags, boxes, blanket forts, anywhere dark and cosy)!

MEET GOOSE Pretoria East Looking for a little shadow with whiskers, a talent for blanket forts and a very important bedtime schedule? Meet Goose! Goose is a gorgeous 5-year-old female Tabby with a gentle heart and a wonderfully quirky personality. She can be a little shy when meeting new people, but give this sweet girl some patience and space and something magical happens. Once Goose decides you're her person, she's all in. She’ll follow you around, ask for cuddles and butt pats, curl up nearby and even remind you when she thinks it’s time for bed! Goose may be petite, but she's a curious little adventurer. She loves climbing trees, walls and cupboards, chasing balls and string, and has even been known to play fetch with her soft toys! And then there’s her absolute favourite hobby… BURROWING! Bags? Yes. Boxes? Absolutely. Blanket forts? Heaven. Under your duvet in winter? Even better! She’s not much of a chatterbox, although you may get a little chirp when she needs you to admire her latest climbing achievement. After all, what's the point of reaching the highest shelf if nobody is watching? Goose would thrive in a quiet, calm home with someone patient who will allow her to settle in at her own pace. She has always been a lone cat and would be happiest as the only kitty princess in the home. She isn't fond of most dogs. A calm cat with a similar temperament may be considered with careful introductions. Goose isn't looking for the busiest house on the block. She's looking for her person — someone who understands that the very best friendships sometimes take a little time.
