MEET KELSEY — BEAUTY, BRAINS & A SERIOUS BALL OBSESSION! Northcliff, Johannesburg Gauteng adoptions only Breed-savvy home required At just 2 years old, gorgeous Kelsey is a magnificent German Shepherd with a huge personality, a busy brain and LOTS of love to give. Kelsey believes there is no such thing as too many balls! She’ll happily spend her days playing fetch, finding sticks and convincing her humans that just one more throw is absolutely necessary. She’s a clever girl too! Kelsey has completed puppy school and lead-walking classes and loves obedience games, recall practice, searching for treats and, of course, trips to the park to play ball. Most of all, Kelsey LOVES being involved. She wants to be part of the family, spending time with her people and joining in the fun. Kelsey grew up with two smaller, older dogs, but as she matured she became less tolerant of them. We are therefore looking for a home where she can be matched with a friendly male dog of similar size or breed. No small dogs No cats Older children preferred, simply because this happy, energetic girl could accidentally cause a tiny human to fall with her enthusiasm! She walks on lead but can react to passing cars and scooters if not managed correctly, so she needs an experienced German Shepherd family who understands the breed and will continue giving her the exercise, structure and stimulation she thrives on. This is an incredibly difficult decision for Kelsey’s family. They aren't looking to simply “give her away”. They want to find the right home — one where she will be understood, exercised, included and adored. Kelsey is very loved.
