What happened

<div><span style="font-family: Arial;">This very sweet girl was picked up on the 14th September 2019 and handed in at CAMC. She was found somewhere in Mitchells Plain....emaciated, but in good spirits. Looking at the quality of her coat, she's been living on the streets and under cars for some time. One of the vets I work with is keen to take her on with the possibility of rehoming. She does seem to have a hernia/issue with her diaphragm that may need surgery. No chip. We are unsure if her age...young to middle aged adult.
